Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Unlearn platform.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Unlearn, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our service.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Subscriptions

Billing

  • Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)")
  • You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly)
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Free Trial

  • We may offer a free trial period at our sole discretion
  • You may be required to enter billing information to start a free trial
  • You will be automatically charged when the free trial expires unless you cancel

Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access until the end of your paid period

Workflow Passes

Workflow Passes grant temporary access to specific course content:

  • Each pass is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase
  • Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable
  • Access expires automatically at the end of the validity period

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Unlearn and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Use

  • You may access content for personal, non-commercial learning purposes
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
  • You may not share your account credentials or course access with others

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the service.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Use automated systems to access the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Share, resell, or redistribute course content

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Unlearn, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service's operation or the information, content, or materials included.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before taking effect.
